成日聽人講湊湊火鍋·茶憩呢間火鍋店，講佢有多種唔同嘅火鍋湯底選擇。湯底絕對係打邊爐嘅靈魂，好嘅湯底絕對會提升成個體驗😉！今日去旺角MOKO店揀左個雙拼鍋(紅顏花膠雞鍋🐔&珍鮮菌菇鍋)試下😛。📍紅顏花膠雞鍋個湯有濃郁雞味，仲有足料配料(有鮑魚仔, 花膠, 花菇等)。店員叫我地可以飲左湯先再後加水打邊爐。個湯飲落比較稠身，入面應該有豐富嘅骨膠原😍，真材實料👍🏻📍珍鮮菌菇鍋個人覺得呢個湯底無咩特別，入面有幾種唔同類嘅菇，味道正常。📍美國特選牛小排🐮肉質脂肪分佈平均，唔會太肥，味道都唔錯。📍海鮮棒棒糖🦐🐟造型同個名都夠曬特別，原來佢係蝦同魚整成嘅棒棒糖，咬落去質感似食緊彈牙嘅丸，叫嚟打卡影相就最啱。總結🎯：性價比高嘅台式火鍋店，有無限量添加麻辣鴨血同豆腐絕對係加分位！

造型同個名都夠曬特別，原來佢係蝦同魚整成嘅棒棒糖，咬落去質感似食緊彈牙嘅丸，叫嚟打卡影相就最啱。
