鐵板燒是我和惡人最愛的料理之一,除了味覺上的滿足外,亦是因為十多年前跟惡人第一次拍拖用膳便是吃鐵板燒,所以這料理對我們來說別具意義。上月適逢小妹牛一,惡人特地訂了這間「秋田鐵板燒專門店」,好好吃一頓~ 餐廳取名自日本秋田縣,稻米種植非常發達,糧食自給率在日本為第二位,因有「秋田美酒」而稱為酒之王國位於尖沙咀天文臺道的旗艦店已開業十年,隨後於尖沙咀諾士佛台及灣仔開設連鎖分店,我跟惡人這次先試試灣仔QRE廣場的「秋田」餐牌有中、英及日文,附少量圖片參考數款套餐選擇亦可按餐牌遂道點菜另有多款日本清酒點了【熊本二人前套餐 – Kumamoto Set】,另加一份帶子及一份廣島蠔 廚師哥哥會把食物平均分為兩份,準備開餐~ 服務員先端上一份餐前小吃,三款日式漬物包括:【醬油淮山漬 – Burdock Roots pickled in Soy Sauce coated with Sesame Seeds、味醂魚干 – Sun-dried blow Fish Jerky、紅酒喬頭漬 – Baby Pearl Onions pickled in Red Wine Vinaigrette】,酸甜微辣,清

環境氣氛: ★★★★☆
以木為主的和風裝璜,實而不華,抽煙設備做得很好,整頓飯均沒嗅到太大油煙味。

食物質素: ★★★★☆
除了那道炒野菜及因為要畫卡通而煮得太久的炒飯外,其他食物均屬中上水準。由食材配搭,以至賣相設計也花了不少心思,結合視覺及味覺雙重享受,這就是鐵板燒讓人迷戀的地方。當然,新鮮的食材亦是「秋田」的致勝之道~

服務態度: ★★★★☆
「秋田」的服務由惡人致電訂座那刻已開始,細心查問是否有特別日子或生日慶祝,好讓餐廳作出特別安排。店內大部份服務員均殷勤有禮,添茶收碟勤快友善。負責我們檯的師傅Edmond親切幽默,上菜速度拿捏得恰到好處,食物火喉控制得宜,雖然拋蛋技術有進步空間,卻換來兩檯客人的歡樂笑聲。

溫馨提示:可以的話,盡量坐廚師的右手邊啊~ (不解釋)
