呢間拉麵店其實係一早以辣麻味噌口味聞名嘅鬼金棒副線品牌,今次同樣開喺銅鑼灣謝斐道,一啡一白,左手邊啡色舊店繼續辣麻味噌,隔離右手邊白色就係牛骨湯,非常易認。🍜招牌牛骨拉麵($100)食拉麵,湯底最緊要!呢度嘅湯底、用上大量牛腿骨熬煮而成,顏色呈奶白色。呢款招牌拉麵特別加入拉麵醬汁,唔單止改變高湯顏色,仲增添更濃厚嘅味道。另外,有別於其他拉麵店,呢度以西冷製成「牛又燒」,再配慢煮牛筋,兩者都肉質軟腍,肉味濃郁,加埋洋蔥同香蔥一齊食,簡直prefect match!🍚月見安格斯牛肉丼 ($80) 除咗白飯,拉麵店更有呢款特色牛丼提供。5大塊跟過慢煮嘅安格斯西冷牛叉燒,呈嫩紅色的,食之前記得撈均蛋汁一齊食,口感會更嫩滑。
