To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ♨️緻素坊片皮鴨 $138🧆咕嚕猴頭菇 $128🍛秘製鎮江骨 $128🐟糖醋松子仙斑 $108🔸定時定候都會搵啲優質素食餐廳推介比大家,今次呢間用創新素食方式去製作經典中菜,碟碟精彩😋緻素坊片皮鴨係餐廳皇牌菜之一,用炸腐皮去演繹鴨嘅脆皮,用雞脾菇去代替鴨肉,整體味道口感都十分出色,可以話必試🥰🔸到咗咕嚕猴頭菇同秘製鎮江骨,菜式本身葷食嘅時候都係調味比較濃,而餐廳轉咗素食版本之後同樣保持調味一樣,只係換個食材😎前者以猴頭菇代豬梅頭,質感有七分似,頭兩啖都真係幾似咕嚕肉;後者係豆乾加蓮藕,同本身排骨就唔係好似,但營造到一個好有特色嘅口感,都好好味道😄🔸而糖醋松子仙斑係用芋泥整成條魚咁,基本上可以當係一個主食代替飯麵,好夠飽肚🤣~今次食嘅呢四個餸加埋可以話接近三個人嘅份量,但埋單都係$600有找,性價比同樣唔錯😀
