To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【觀塘區】【Simp.lane】我呢幾年去多咗樓上 cafe，不過都係集中於油尖旺區，又或者係女僕 cafe。咁今日就逃離呢兩樣嘢，同一位朋友去到觀塘嘅一間樓上 cafe，估唔到會試到呢間。因為我搜集資料嘅時候見到佢哋有隻貓，正呀，我最中意喇。嚟到之後，發現佢哋裝修得好靚，陳設文青 feel 得嚟又有啲華麗。而佢哋標榜健康飲食同生酮飲食，仲有做外賣。我本身都食好少五穀類嘗試健康啲，所以佢個低糖低碳系列我一睇個 menu 就覺得係必試，符合到我要嘅嘢嘛。試吓 $98 嘅「意式牛肋條」配「椰菜花飯」，個牛肋條炆得幾腍同夠牛味，估唔到個椰菜花整成嘅飯好好食，甜甜哋，好正。嘢飲方面我加 $18 飲「蘋果醋梳打」少甜，夠晒特別，有汽版嘅一斤果醋咁，加少少羅漢果糖。之後試吓佢哋嘅生酮甜品，試咗 $54 嘅「焙茶生酮卷」，未上菜之就喺度諗一件瑞士卷咁款嘅 cake 何德何能賣到咁貴。上嚟之後就明喇，首先係佢都幾大件，其次係味道淡淡哋但又唔會冇味，都香焙茶味架喎，整得好好食。佢係由杏仁粉同埋羅漢果糖整成，所以冇咗麵粉嚟配合生酮飲食，即係好味又健康。連加一 $187，仲同埋歲半嘅緬因貓店長「阿里」玩咗陣
