🔸D2 place呢間法越fusion菜好似收穫到唔少好評,今次一試係滿意嘅😎前菜小食先整個蒜蓉牛油雞翼,個皮炸得好酥脆,雞翼肉質鮮嫩多汁,配上蒜蓉同牛油嘅香味,唔錯唔錯👍🏻

🔸另一個小食係燒豬腩青木瓜米紙卷,真係出乎意料之外好味!本身唔太鍾意米紙卷,但佢配咗豬腩,燒得剛剛好,鬆軟多汁,口感好清爽,好開胃😍

🔸再來係皇牌桔仔芥露燴虎蝦,我真係好鐘意啲醬汁!餐廳精心挑選越南特產大虎蝦,並使用新鮮桔仔汁、醋、糖、辣椒、香茅以及法國芥末等調味料進行調配😁大虎蝦質地爽滑彈牙,帶有濃郁嘅桔香同酸辣風味,促進食慾,仲增添咗層次感😗

🔸主菜叫咗蝦膏海鮮炒河粉,個蝦膏嘅香味好濃郁,炒得恰到好處,河粉都吸收到啲鮮味,令味道更加豐富

🔸最後試下越式提拉米蘇,用越南咖啡同手指餅混合,再加上層層CREAM同朱古力粉,味道濃郁香甜,細緻濕潤
