主菜是經典傳統英式主菜「威靈頓牛柳、千層薯、豆角配胡椒汁」Beef Wellington, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Green Beans and Peppercorn Sauce,侍應先把餐車推到我們座位前,即場烹煮一個紅酒胡椒汁peppercorn sauce,味道芳香和充滿視覺享受十足✨ 侍應然後展示整個威靈頓牛肉,把它分為兩半上碟,金黄的外皮香濃酥脆,一口咬下富有層次感,加上軟嫩多汁的牛肉,令人久久無法忘懷其美妙滋味👏🏼 小編要頒發最佳配菜獎給「千層薯Dauphinoise potatoes」外層酥脆,內有乾坤,是以馬鈴薯薄片一片一片鋪成🥔 每層馬鈴薯片中都覆蓋着濃郁的芝士和牛油忌廉🧀 跟每啖都是幸福感🧡


甜品選了「英國傳統新地」Knickerbocker Glory🍦 ,新地上面開是微烤過的蛋白霜,下面則有雲呢拿雪糕🍦、士多啤梨醬和士多啤梨慕絲🍓 整體味道平衡,不會過份地甜或酸,配著一杯英式茶作完美作結😊
