To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好幾間中式既素食餐廳相繼結束營業,包括心齋、尚齋同觀自在,接連冇左三間可以飲茶食點心既餐廳,少左幾個素食朋友既聚腳地,令人覺得好惋惜。可幸既係期間都有好多新既素食餐廳開業,包括位於尖沙咀既緻素坊。聽朋友講緻素坊老闆係以前觀塘尚素既老闆,以前我地都好鐘意去尚素,知道佢地再開業真係好開心,所以即刻去幫襯以示支持。點心紙有好多選擇,蒸點有包同餃,炸點有鹹水角等,腸粉就唔少得啦,仲有多款小食、焗點同甜品,相信要黎多幾次先試得哂!人多好辦事,我地就有咁多叫咁多!先黎既係雪山叉燒包,面頭果層墨西哥酥皮好令人懷念呀!鬆脆得黎夠哂香酥,即使冇奶油都做到果種奶酥味,好有驚喜。入面既素叉燒都好濕潤,可以同真叉燒包一較高下。金邊帝苗餃有一條閃令令既金邊,貴氣十足。皮薄餡靚,冇乜可以挑剔。黑松露野菌餃都係皮薄餡靚,落足黑松露,夠哂香,黑松露控必點。香菇燒賣食落同真燒賣係一樣架!啲肉質同真肉好似,食下食下覺得陣味有啲熟,莫非係用Beyond Meat整既!如果係既話真係好揼本呀,比用普通素肉出色得太多。四款腸粉之中我地揀左靈芝素菇腸同叉燒香菇腸,整體黎講不過不失,冇乜特別。紅油抄手係喺大menu揀的,辣度適中,

椒鹽豆腐既份量超多,粒粒都炸得金黃香脆,椒鹽調味適中唔會話太鹹,幾出色。

蘿蔔糕食得多,煎既同蒸既就成日食,脆皮蘿蔔糕真係第一次食,個combination都幾得意喎!加埋自家製既千島醬,夠哂心思。

除左點心我地仲order左啲粉麵飯,不過由於點既食物太多,場面混亂,所以影唔哂啲食物。另外值得一提依度啲服務都好好,餐廳知道我地有bb喺度,馬上安排左bb凳,張凳仲要係全新未開既,佢地係即場拆比我地用,十分窩心呢。
