To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前見到熊拉麵推出期間限定【生滾廣島蠔拉麵】,然後一直好想試一試,去到前幾日終於有機會試啦!舖頭11:30開,本人11:55到。好彩舖頭還有位,不用排隊。【生滾廣島蠔拉麵】有兩款可以選擇,分別是兩隻蠔($98)及四隻蠔($108)。肉可以揀肥丶瘦梅頭或粒粒,建議揀肥梅頭,脂肪同瘦肉平衡得幾好。蠔鮮甜,差$10有多兩隻蠔梗係揀四隻啦!湯底濃郁,香滑口感更能突顯蠔的味道。叫完之後12:00就開始多人,之後出邊都要排隊,所以就快快脆脆食完就走。同時發現原來都唔少外國人幫襯呢間舖頭。日後行過附近都可以encore。
