今日搭屯馬,去屯門站Vcity商場買嘢行經1樓有好多餐廳,有間港式冰室「老虎冰室」,亮著🐅老虎logo,裝潢新穎,而且座位寬敞。餐牌加入新派元素,跟餐配送熱飲,價錢好親民呀!點了特色小食同粉麵飯,我嘅最愛喺生炸雞脾配薯條,必點小食之一,生炸雞髀香氣撲鼻,外皮炸到金黃色又脆卜卜,口感酥脆,食落啖啖肉又有肉汁,配搭薯條就最夾喇!雙併粉麵,揀了瑞士雞翼、煎蛋同配搭米粉;瑞士雞翼好入味,蛋仲喺流心,米粉索晒瑞士汁,好美味。鰻魚汁雞絲炒飯 炒飯加入鰻魚汁調味,味道濃郁,炒飯粒粒分明;雞肉絲都好大塊,加入蛋絲同菜粒,增添口感。涼瓜排骨飯涼瓜爽口又唔會苦,加入豆豉同辣椒炒香及新鮮排骨,好惹味。乾炒叉燒河 港式冰室嘅風味,叉燒軟腍,河粉軟滑又夠鑊氣,食落芽菜好爽脆。
