聖誕期間,專程去了深水埗囍源古早蛋糕買蛋糕,喜歡佢嘅款式夠多,又可以自由配搭口味,最重要是蛋糕黃金邊及黃金底,蛋味更香,是我食過最正宗的古早蛋糕。今次買了斑蘭蛋糕以及咖啡蛋糕。聽店員講這款斑蘭蛋糕是萃取了斑蘭汁去做,所以顏色天然,食得放心,口感亦更香,不同一般市面上買到的班蘭蛋糕。至於咖啡蛋糕就用了Ucc咖啡粉去做,咖啡味濃郁,蛋糕鬆軟得像海棉,超濕潤,配上一杯清香花茶,就是最幸福的事。食唔晒,仲可以放在雪櫃保存三日,食的時候,只要用電飯煲保溫幾分鐘就食得,口感仍然保持着綿密鬆軟、蛋味香濃。
