To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【油尖旺區】【添好運點心專門店】識咗脆兒姐好多年,但係一直都冇機會單獨食飯。今次我哋因為一齊喺高鐵站做完嘢,適逢大家都預鬆咗時間畀下一個 schedule,所以可以偷少少時間食個飯。我哋揀咗食添好運,間嘢都幾難去,喺高鐵站望就望到,但係出入口得手信舖後面條扶手電梯。我哋搵咗一輪先去到,坐低就要 $16 茶位,係兩位嘅價錢,唔貴。先食咗 $32 嘅「蠔皇鮮竹卷」同 $40 嘅「黑椒醬汁蒸金錢肚」,兩者質素都相當平庸,鮮竹卷幾夠熱,金錢肚就比較腍身。之後到 $35 嘅「蜜味叉燒腸」,冇乜米香,唔算滑溜,都係麻麻哋。我食多少少先夠飽之下,叫埋 $28 嘅「家鄉鹹水角」,唯一嘅優點又係夠熱。脆兒姐用多 $15 叫咗罐「無糖可口可樂」嚟隊,埋單 $166。呢個價錢兩個人喺高鐵站食又確實唔貴,不過遊客應該對呢個品牌嘅港式點心期望甚高,呢個質素又真係代表唔到香港。。。(地址:尖沙咀柯士甸道西3號香港西九龍站B1M夾層WEK B1M-1號舖)
