To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【沙田區】【北京樓】為咗高力豆沙同埋杏仁茶，去返我喺 1am0810 嗰時已經講過嘅沙田北京樓。之前食過佢呢啲小菜麻麻哋，今次就食啲細份啲嘅，例如 $68 嘅「上海雞湯雲吞」呢類，只能夠講係不過不失。跟住食 $56 四隻嘅「無錫灌湯小籠包」，呢個水準就係可以嘅。之後食 $58 四隻嘅「南翔鮮肉生煎包」同 $56 四隻嘅「川揚鮮肉鍋貼」，我覺得更加普通，冇小籠包咁好食。到點心喇，叫咗三款 $53 嘅「特點」，係「晶瑩蝦餃皇」、「沙律明蝦角」同「韭黃鮮蝦腸」，還好，我中意 $47 嘅「龍蝦湯鮮竹卷」多啲。之後叫咗個 $72 嘅小食「紹興三里橋醉雞」，都唔少嘅份量，味道就一般。戲肉嚟喇，三位嘅「蛋白杏仁茶」，但係價錢就亂咁篤，侍應漏單後又話師傅已經唔做，味道幾好都冇用。食埋 $65 五粒嘅「高力豆沙香蕉」，埋單三位 $832.7，冇咩事唔再嚟。。。（地址：沙田沙田正街18號新城市廣場一期8樓801C號舖）#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #hkfood #food #instafood #yummy #foodlover #deli
