女朋友去咗幾日泰國返到嚟當然要帶佢食好嘢啦!😃繼上次帶咗去食明記潮館之後,今次又揀咗喺砵蘭街嘅打冷老店 - 新泉發。😇喺鋪頭外面望左幾望,見到座無虛席諗住碰碰運氣,點知鋪入邊角位仲有一張枱仔,當然捉女朋友入去啦😗 一貫老店嘅作風,廚房都係好開揚,我哋坐嗰張枱正正望住廚房煮嘢!🤨先睇餐牌,其實都係嗰幾款打冷選擇,但正正選擇唔多所以着出嚟先夠風味!✅韭菜豬紅:基本上每次打冷我都會點嘅餸,韭菜非常之彈牙,豬紅點堆秘製嘅辣椒油簡直係一絕!✅蠔仔肉碎粥:其實本來我係我係方魚肉碎粥嘅,但落單嗰位老店員應該聽錯咗😝最後嚟咗蠔仔粥。個人認為食粥嘅話溫度係好重要,端上時熱辣辣簡直係正,不過蠔仔就唔係太多,但係粥幾粘!✅著名潮州滷水鵝片:雖然賣相唔係好討好,不過味道就一流,絕對有鵝嘅味道。不過略嫌每一塊嘅厚薄唔係太均勻,稍為失色少少。✅臘肉炒芥蘭:呢個時間應該芥蘭當做嘅時候,但係就冇咗芥蘭嗰種清甜,我個人喜歡臘肉有點油膩嘅感覺🤓呢碟嘅臘肉比較乾身。至於其他餸菜選擇大家亦都可以自行試下,我見到蠔餅都好靚,同埋比較多人叫炒蜆!——————————食物質素:8/10環境衛生:6/10舒適度:6/10服務:7/1
