最近天氣熱到似盛夏,喺K11 Musea睇戲前發現呢間台灣超有名嘅「吃茶三千」。作為台灣精品茶飲代表,佢哋以「現萃茶」技術聞名,每杯茶都係即點即萃,保證茶香新鮮。今次專登試吓兩款夏日必飲,仲有獨家點餐貼士同隱藏食法! 🍊 鮮果百匯|果香爆炸嘅消暑神器茶底選用獲獎鳳眉紅茶,帶天然蜜香,再加入新鮮香橙片+百香果肉,果肉量多到每啖都咬到。第一啖先感受到橙嘅鮮甜,跟住百香果嘅微酸慢慢滲出,尾段係紅茶嘅醇厚回甘。冰量建議「少冰」,如果唔係飲到尾段會變淡。 🧋熔岩黑糖波霸鮮奶|黑糖控必試珍珠用古法黑糖每日新鮮炒製,熬煮90分鐘至外脆內Q ,珍珠咬落去外層有焦糖脆感,內裡超煙韌。鮮奶濃滑得嚟唔膩,黑糖嘅焦香同奶香平衡得剛好。飲前記得搖勻15下! 吃茶三千將台灣茶藝昇華成精品級手搖,由茶底到配料都誠意十足。夏天想飲杯高質解渴,呢間絕對係首選!而家仲推出咗期間限定嘅雙層旋轉杯,仲唔快啲叫埋朋友一齊嚟試吓!
