過開呢頭搵朋友,多數人都會去埃華街嘅食店,我地就過咗嚟呢邊鐵樹街,皆因我都係鍾意周圍貢搵嘢食。小巷中一間小店,都易見到。座位唔多,20個內。入到去裝修獨有風格,四圍放哂唔同嘅酒,睇得出店主好喜歡品嚐唔同嘅酒,而且好特別,呢個係我已經把心一橫要叫酒,直覺話我知一定係好嘢。餐牌亦多選擇,我地唔係太肚餓,只係叫左一個鍋同一份豬腩肉同一個小食。海鮮鍋係用咗sukiyaki做湯底,突出海鮮嘅鮮味,有蝦,有蜆,有蟹棒,第一次係點沙茶醬,都幾好味。聽到滋滋聲,就知道個石板要進場,上面已經曬咗胡椒同放左啲洋蔥。我地叫嘅係呢份日本豬腩肉,好邪惡呢,啲肥真係不得了!兩邊各燒約2分鐘左右,當然邊邊位都要燒一燒佢嘅,始終豬都要熟食。同洋蔥一齊食都ok,重點係佢沾嘅醬係黑松露!原來係咁好食,之前都食過石燒,不過真心係令我再大開眼界,完全係滿足萬分!我地每人再另加20元做grill set,有沙律,有麵鼓湯,有飯,超值!House wine,65元,係法國酒,果然無令我失望,house wine嚟講係超perfect!配一口豬腩肉,好正!鏡頭後仲叫咗一客炸薯條,正常,而且係即炸,即刻開哂turbo。嚟到呢度都正常

鏡頭後仲叫咗一客炸薯條,正常,而且係即炸,即刻開哂turbo。

嚟到呢度都正常有燒肉味,件衫唔好係好吸味。成餐飯食到好滿足,好開心。服務態度又超好,個晚滿座,一個人一腳踢都搞得掂,勁!我好少何會俾到爆分,破例了!
