今日同朋友喺lunch去咗北角一間韓式炸雞舖,入面嘅裝修都幾簡潔,播放住K-POP同韓綜。望咗咩了解我哋就揀咗個魚糕湯、四味炸雞、牛肉煎餅同兩杯飲品。魚糕份量都唔少,配埋年糕、粉絲等等其實都幾飽,不過我都係比較鍾意平時韓國魚湯底嘅味,比較多辣同胡椒,呢個湯底如果濃味啲會更好味。老闆原來係韓國人,亦十分友善,會問我地喜歡嘅口味同埋話我地知令炸雞好味嘅tips!🐓🍗四味炸雞無骨嘅炸雞一定係最好食😋 雞肉夠晒嫰滑而且食落超方便,個人勁推介!份量亦多幾大份,3-4人share都夠食!蜜糖牛油炸雞(左上)食完兩個濃味嘅炸雞之後本身覺得佢唔係好有味,不過食多幾舊覺得其實蜂蜜同牛油真係好夾好香滑係,老闆都話牛油嘅份量要控制得好先唔會太膩而令佢保持軟滑。乳酪洋蔥炸雞(右上)呢個聽講係舖頭最受歡迎嘅口味,乳酪食落有少少似mayo,食落酸酸地都幾特別。洋蔥襯托嘅味都幾香。芝士雪花炸雞(左下)超多芝士粉冚住嘅炸雞都唔錯,不過相比起我更喜歡乳酪炸雞!甜辣炸雞(右下)食落其實真係唔太辣,老闆都有講韓國飲食嘅話應該會辣過香港人食嘅口味,所以佢調教左香港口味之後甜比辣更多,我覺得都幾開胃嘅~牛肉煎餅煎餅都帶有牛肉鹹

牛肉煎餅
煎餅都帶有牛肉鹹香味,不過略嫌太多粉令佢口感變得漿口,食落感覺有點飽濟。
