近年開咗好多主打Omakase嘅日本料理,由地舖到樓上舖都不少,今次介紹這店仲可以望到維港夜景先點了一支清酒 $640<菊> $1180一位先來一客前菜,鮮味十足又爽口嘅磯煮粒貝師傅先一大塊柚子鹽板,原來是用食左口魚薄片,先用魚片卷蔥,再係鹽板上輕擦,除食到柚子帶鹹清新外,仲提起魚的鮮味鰤魚其實係油甘魚上腩,油香味濃 ,仲無筋另外伴食嘅紅酒橋頭都好正針魚 係爽嫩形 用薑蔥醬油點來食針魚魚皮被燒過,香脆得嚟可用來送酒堅魚 就被煙燻過,上檯時仲用罩蓋好 食落非常重蘋果木香,油脂有點似魚腩般 一樣是點薑蔥醬油食響螺 勁鮮又爽脆金目鯛被師傅即場火灸過 香氣十足 到我最愛的大toro出場了 油脂充足肥美 入口即溶 成個口腔都是魚油香深海池魚壽司 口感實在 跟另一款池魚有一點差別北海道馬糞海膽壽司 紫菜脆身好緊要 海膽奶滑三文魚籽壽司 大大粒黏住飯團上 一粒一粒在口內爆開左口魚邊壽司 師傅一樣即場火灸過 仲要燒2轉,把油份逼哂出來 入口即溶喜之次不得不讚,係食咁多次Omakase跟喜之次,呢到師傅燒得最出色,外皮夠香脆,入面仲嫩滑多汁魚湯夠哂鮮味濃郁 甜品就最愛開心果味跟柚子味
