本來係淺水灣,搬咗出嚟中環,改名做「Poem」。餐廳入到嚟係吧枱區,可以book呢個位同朋友一齊happy hour。😌帝王菇,$128,煎香大大粒菇,上面加咗紅菜頭醬,素食者一定啱哂。峇里香脆鴨腿肉,$228,超好食,上面一層勁鬆脆。鴨腿本身已經係醬汁慢燉三個鐘,去骨再冷藏,再快速油炸,肉汁夠哂而且多層次,有啲酸辣汁,一小件已經好滿足。墨魚闊麵條,$288,蒸墨魚再加上香茅同椰奶,就咁食已經口感十足,椰奶勁香,送飯一流。原條烤鱸魚,$498,當然要繼續食海鮮,開邊烤熟,有小小辣味再配香料。檸檬香茅斑蘭餅做尾聲無得輸,唔會過甜,斑蘭唔搶flow,頂頭粒腰果糖衣都不得了,成件係好食!必定要睇就係呢邊主廳位置,抬頭一望都夠哂正,勁有feel,成間用咗竹木,好似去咗渡假咁。傢俬都有心思㗎
