To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 熱情果籠仔蝦球蝦球迷你的一籠籠,看起來都覺得十分可愛,亦是一道老少咸宜的菜式。即使飽滿的蝦球經油炸後也沒改變蝦肉的鮮甜,加上酸酸甜甜的百香果醬很醒胃,配上白飯吃一流。

芙蓉賽螃蟹其實是使用蛋白加上鮮奶所做出來的功夫菜,小時候以為真的是蟹來,長大後才知道這菜沒有蟹的成份,而是加入帶子,瑤柱香炒,香醇濃厚,細滑軟彈,自然清爽的味道,至今仍在回味。
