口感爽身,唔錯;右口魚薄切裡面卷住酸汁啫喱,唔需要點醬油。
食落比左口魚更加濃厚肥美,配上酸汁可以中和返油膩感,呢個好食!

▫ 最後三件刺身,先食左個清酒蒸鮑魚先,師傅用左足足四個鐘去蒸,
唔怪得口感咁爽彈鮮甜啦,Staff建議唔需要點醬汁就咁食味道係最正既,我都認同;

跟住就係赤睦魚,師傅點左醬油再經火炙,入口味道香濃,肉質爽脆鮮甜,
點少少Wasabi一齊食,將味蕾大大提升;最後大拖羅一定係最遲食是識吧,
雖然質感厚身,但入口即溶,軟滑無比,完全可以話係肥潤滑溜,無得輸呀!

▫ 當然有頭有尾,最後食埋佢地既蜜瓜做個完美既終結啦,
蜜瓜來自北海道夕張市,果肉的確同個名一樣,帶鮮橙色,夠哂新鮮。
而食落爽甜多汁,完全有消滯既功效,真係好想對住師傅大嗌encore呀!
