之前幫襯過中環中心入面嘅 Coffee Shop,印象中嗰度嘅食肆唔多,都係以外賣為主。最近得知 1 樓新開咗間越南餐廳,據說係由主打正宗越南菜嘅李錦基主理。店舖設計開揚,一室啡木色檯櫈,配以開放式門面,裝潢簡約,採光充足,加上座位又唔會太逼,感覺舒服。先嚟一碗火車頭湯河粉 ($88):湯頭熱呼呼,入口清澈純香,據說係用上新鮮牛骨熬足 10 粒鐘而成。河粉滑溜煙韌,再加入青檸汁、九層塔和辣椒拌勻,粉連湯一起品嚐,每一啖都沾滿濃濃嘅牛湯精華。配料有生牛肉、熟牛腩、牛柏葉、牛筋同牛丸。牛肉粉嫩,上桌時剛好七成熟,水準甚佳。牛腩軟熟,牛柏葉夠爽,牛筋鬆化黏口,而牛丸亦彈牙富嚼勁。咖喱牛腩飯 ($68):加咗 $18將米飯轉做法包。牛腩極之鬆化,入味又腍身,肉質軟爛不柴。咖喱濃香惹味,辣度亦啱啱好,以香脆嘅法包蘸咖喱汁吃,令人回味無窮。炸香茅雞翼 ($36)  雞翼炸得好香口,皮脆肉嫩,咬下更透出淡淡香茅清香。另外配咗兩杯越式特飲:椰汁冰 (+$12) 同 咸檸檬梳打 (+$12),椰汁冰嘅味道好清爽,入口椰香撲鼻,而咸檸梳打亦冰涼醒胃,內有粒粒新鮮青檸,用嚟消暑解渴一流。。
