如果大家去過大阪,一定有見過又或者經過花丸軒呢間拉麵店,而且係大阪道頓堀仲要係24小時營業嫁。🕰️雖然每次小編去親大阪必定見到長長人龍,但小編依然會排隊去食,味道方面唔洗講都知係好味啦。😋今次聽到花丸軒登陸中環,即刻拉埋友人一齊衝去食啊🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️🍜激新原條豬軟骨拉麵配溏心蛋 ($150)原條豬軟骨大大條,就咁望落都應該over 20cm la , 加上慢煮左八小時,肉質鬆軟入口即化且啖啖骨膠原,基本上一夾就feel煮到好腍,食完都會覺得吸收左滿滿既骨膠原阿,拉麵屬於九州幼麵,食落彈牙,掛湯一流,麵條吸收左湯汁基本上每一啖都可以食到湯既精華。🍜激新幸福二重奏拉麵配溏心蛋 ($130)叫得二重奏原來就係一碗拉麵入面有哂豬軟骨及叉燒兩款,對於貪心想一次試哂兩款既小編當然就order左呢款啦,係湯底方面有兩款選擇分別係醬油豚骨及激辛湯底,對於想試下辣既小編當然係選後者,豚骨湯底加上辣味噌,order左小辣湯底麵香濃帶微辣,認真惹味,叉燒肥瘦均勻,外皮燒到微微焦香,咬落好邪惡阿,同豬軟骨一樣出色,果然無得彈。🐣 雞軟骨($45)軟骨炸到金黃酥脆沾埋秘製醬汁食,解膩又惹味。
