🍶🐣 紹興酒糟醉雞 ($88)醉雞用左慢煮方式烹調,雞皮爽彈且雞肉夠哂嫩滑,咬落仲散發陣陣紹興酒香,味道甘甜不油膩,確係其中一款冷盤唔錯既選擇。👍🏻 🔥🦆 北京填鴨 ($488)呢間既北京填鴨係用咗中型size嘅鴨燒製而成,填鴨分為兩部份,師傅片好一盤靚靚既鴨胸皮上枱,每件大小都一樣,配上烘熱的鐵板,可以將鴨皮放上鐵板上烘返熱再放落薄皮上,加上少許砂糖、青瓜,大蔥絲以及醬汁包埋一齊食用。鴨皮既油香配埋醬汁薄皮一啖放入口,食落特別惹味,小編都忍唔住一下子食左四五件落肚啦。🤪🥬 二食就係鴨肉生菜包,分別用左鴨肉、紅蘿蔔、洋蔥、西芹切成細粒再炒香,新鮮既生菜包住炒香鴨肉鬆,清爽的生菜消除了餡料的油膩感,爽口開胃,但依然保留咗鴨肉嘅香味,真係令人食指大動。👍🏻👍🏻🍹 荔枝紅茶 ($28)初初都好驚紅茶會太濃,但飲落紅茶散發著淡淡既荔枝清香,食完片皮鴨再飲返啖紅茶,確實有解膩既作用,而且茶壺配有一個裝有蠟燭既底座承托住,令到紅茶能夠保持暖暖咁,真係幾貼心。🥰
