To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 親戚乃同鄉會理事,一年一度的聯誼晚會,假香港大會堂的美心皇宮舉行,小妹有幸獲邀出席。會場金碧輝煌,富麗堂皇,教小妹大開眼界。食物,就馬馬虎虎了……是晚有十道菜,全由侍應負責分餸,大家均坐享其成。率先上場乃乳豬拼盤,入口脆卜卜的,夠晒酥鬆香脆,夾著荷葉餅和大蔥,再混入醬汁同吃,煞是好吃。同席多為年長人士,對肥膩之物不感興趣,小妹就可隨意添食了。第二道乃清新的百合西蘭花炒蝦球,菜式較普通,幸蝦球炒得夠爽口具彈性,伴以爽脆甜美百合和嚼勁十足的西蘭花同吃,較健康也。第三道乃髮菜瑤柱冬菇豆苗,瑤柱一般貨色,質感偏韌,難以咀嚼,真難為了席中的老人家了。第四道乃魚翅,因小妹響應了「一翅都不吃」運動,故沒有吃。接著出場的,乃蠻有創意的香煎三文魚伴鮮果沙律。阿叔笑說,以煎三文魚取代蒸石斑魚,慳吝也。然,小妹蠻喜歡這道菜。三文魚煎得外皮微微香脆,內層則鮮嫩甘美。生菜包雜果沙律也酸甜有致,蠻清新開胃的。第六道乃炸子雞,雞皮未算十分香脆可口,雞肉則入味,陣陣鹹香。第七道蝦仁菜粒雞蛋炒飯,普普通通,未算十分乾爽香口。 第八道的鮮蝦雲吞徹底教人失望了,賣相不賴,且大小均一。然,餡料吃起來不夠鮮美爽口也。第九道乃美
