▫ 蛇羹就食得多,不過以酸辣味既湯羹做主打真係第一次試。呢個湯羹以醋椒做主角,
頭啖湯你會慢慢食到果種麻辣味,後勁會逐漸feel到果種鹹酸味,係你吞尖上面遊蕩,真係幾過癮。

▫ 當紅炸子雞你就聽過啦,當紅龍躉你又試過無?一黎就見到紅唇烈焰咁既顏色,就咁睇以為肯定好辣啦。
其實食落同水煮魚有d似,比較著重麻香味,而魚肉因為豐富膠質所以好夠彈性,滿滿油香但唔會太膩。

▫ 以醬汁取勝既一道經典菜,蕃茄醬帶少少微辣得黎又有有酸甜感味,好特別。
而蝦球經過乾燒入口做到彈牙爽滑,撈埋醬汁一齊食自然停唔到口啦。

▫ 川菜無可能唔整返個麵既,呢個擔擔麵就夠哂睇頭啦。一整片紅油蓋蓋住成碗麵底,
湯頭濃郁惹味,收放自如;而麵條咬落夠彈牙滑溜,唔錯。牛肉用上騸牯黃牛,
因為公牛被閹割之後激素相對少,著重食肥肉,亦姐係肥牛。肥牛夠香甜,
牛味又重,拎黎打邊爐或撈埋呢個麵一齊食就最完美啦。

▫ 大大隻鮮鮑放在你眼前,你唔係無動於衷呀麻?而月桂枝上好似串燒咁既就係飯粑,外層炸得鬆化無比,
入口煙韌彈牙,好好食;配搭埋溫泉蛋,自然做到質感更加幼滑呀!

▫ 終於有一次試到一杯令我驚喜滿分既Coctail,呢杯用左慢煮過既菊花塊,拎左果個香味。
再加入雲呢拿、冧酒、檸檬汁、菠蘿汁、葡萄柚汁,將整個甜味帶出,而且飲到啖啖都係菊花香,相當出色!

▫ 女士們唔鍾意掂到酒精唔緊要,呢杯Mocktail岩哂你啦,先用檸檬、水蜜桃泥加強甜味,
再配搭用加左茶味既糖水,最後倒埋梳打,入口感覺唔會太甜,蜜桃味比較突出,
