要數全港有名的自助餐,非 香港洲際酒店-港畔餐廳莫屬了。 落地玻璃,看著維港景色,吃著花多眼亂,林林總總的美食,是多麼的享受呢。 這兒座位不多,加上每晚只做一round,因此是一位難求的,孩子記得要預先訂座了。 這次到來,港畔正做"秋日沖繩"主題晚餐,當中加入了不少沖繩食品的元素,如炒沖繩海帶,沖繩涼瓜,南瓜等等。 當中的南瓜羽衣甘藍沙津就是我的心頭好,南瓜綿腍香甜,加著羽衣甘藍的略爽,紅石榴的爆汁清甜,感覺是又健康又好吃! 當晚亦有不少的刺身壽司。 有沖繩Kindai鮪魚刺身,放岀來的是赤身部分,吃下軟熟有彈性,魚味較濃。 另外有吃了三文魚及帶子。 帶子大粒飽滿,絕非一些放題"帆立貝粒",吃下鮮甜有彈性。 壽司方面,卷物手卷也有很多,當中必吃的是海膽壽司,吃下creamy回甘,而且很搶手,要吃的就要快手了。 冰鎮海鮮選擇也是令人花多眼亂,有澳洲青口,美國波士頓龍蝦翡翠螺,鮮蝦,加菲蟹,阿拉斯加蟹腳等等。 最吸晴的莫過於波士頓龍蝦山了! 波士頓龍蝦整齊放成塔般,而且會不時refill,不怕吃不夠呢。 龍蝦肉飽滿帶甜,軟熟中帶著些兒的彈性,不可不吃。 熱食方面選擇有很

點了Emack & Bollo's的紅桑子雪芭及焦糖雪糕。桑子雪芭口感輕盈,味道帶酸,有減膩之感,焦糖雪糕入面有一塊塊的pretzel,吃下奶感中帶香脆感,口感特別。 雪糕漸溶化到窩夫上,吃下有窩夫的麵粉香,雪糕的奶脂香,令人一口接一口。

椰子芝麻糯米滋,芝麻香濃配椰子淡淡椰香,又吃到糯米滋糯腍口感,椰子肉的脆,值得試試。

總結,餐廳每位價格是貴,但食物質素,選擇都是超班的,有時吃到些自助餐,收費$500左右,但環境差,食物選擇少,而且吃到中段,很多食物都被搶光....
