熟成魚生丼原來熟成嘅意思係,會先在「熟成櫃」用四至七日喺特定嘅濕度同埋溫度加工處理刺身/條魚~ 🐟 師傅話,會令到肉質更加淋,魚味更加突出,我係認同嘅角切雜錦魚生丼$88 4.2材料的而且確幾豐富,雖然冇三文魚,但係有吞拿魚,油甘魚,池魚、連一般比較少見嘅章魚、熟蝦都有。感覺都幾抵食。另一碗我就無食到多,係朋友嘅~ 但係第一次食到唔係蒲燒醬汁嘅鰻魚,to my surprise,可能係因為熟成咗,都有幾特別嘅鮮甜味。朋友另外話魷魚🦑都幾好食😋不過,以便丼價錢嚟講,如果我真係坐喺度堂食,我就覺得有啲貴。坐喺度張凳就唔係好舒服,唔會主動提供茶水 🍵 又不過,服務態度就真係好好,問到嘅,都好樂意主動斟俾你,中(我有自己杯)

材料的而且確幾豐富,雖然冇三文魚,但係有吞拿魚,油甘魚,池魚、連一般比較少見嘅章魚、熟蝦都有。感覺都幾抵食。

另一碗我就無食到多,係朋友嘅~ 但係第一次食到唔係蒲燒醬汁嘅鰻魚,to my surprise,可能係因為熟成咗,都有幾特別嘅鮮甜味。朋友另外話魷魚🦑都幾好食😋

不過,以便丼價錢嚟講,如果我真係坐喺度堂食,我就覺得有啲貴。坐喺度張凳就唔係好舒服,唔會主動提供茶水 🍵 又不過,服務態度就真係好好,問到嘅,都好樂意主動斟俾你,中(我有自己杯)
