朋友👱🏻‍♀️帶咗我嚟呢間喺樓上嘅中菜廳食晚飯,食完真係有小驚喜,叫咗幾樣小菜全部都好味🤣呢度有「海鮮小菜自選套餐」,我哋揀咗 $638「清蒸石斑仔」,包自選小菜兩個,咁揀咗「蝦乾蝦醬蒸腩片」同埋「薑汁蒜蓉炒芥蘭」,另外再加一個 $228「黑松露帶子炒滑蛋」🤣「清蒸石斑仔」:石斑仔新鮮,蒸得啱啱熟,味道鮮甜,肉質嫩滑,蒸完之後加埋香蔥豉油,好好味😋「蝦乾蝦醬蒸腩片」:豬腩片7成瘦肉3成脂肪,加埋蝦醬蝦乾一齊蒸,甘香得嚟又有鹹香😁「薑汁蒜蓉炒芥蘭」:芥蘭菜新鮮爽脆,加埋薑汁同埋蒜蓉一齊炒,簡單又好食😁「黑松露帶子炒滑蛋」:帶子新鮮爽滑😋,雞蛋亦都炒得好滑😋,又加咗啲切成小粒嘅四季豆喺雞蛋裏邊一齊炒,增加口感層次😋,仲加咗唔少黑松露醬,有淡淡的黑松露香味😋
