第一次駕車去到如心廣場,商場很新,有些舖位還未有商店進駐。逛了一會之後就決定走進這家泰式餐廳食晚餐。餐廳全新裝修,木系泰式風格,座位舒適,有多張卡位。我們坐的卡位剛好是望著餐廳酒吧位置,如果有客人點了沙冰飲品,那酒吧就會比較嘈吵,因為要碎冰。頭盤我們點了生蝦刺身 (HK$148) 有八隻,生蝦鋪在碎冰上,配上泰青辣醬,超級開胃。沙律我們點了泰式虎蝦檳榔菜包 (HK$88),這款沙律不太常見,比較特別。已拆殼的虎蝦連同配料放在檳榔菜上,一口一啖,味道恰到好處,口感富層次。主菜我們點了小份的火山排骨 (HK$118),份量十足,足夠兩位食用,幸好我們沒點了大份,要不然其他菜色也吃不下了!店員給了我們膠手套以方便食用。輕輕將豬肋骨撕開,再沾上青醬,這裏的青醬不是太辣,比較酸,真的很開胃,會吃不停口呢。但不知道是不是我們比較早到餐廳 (當天第一台晚市食客),豬肋骨如果再煮久一點就會更加嫩淋了!麵食方面我當然點了我最喜愛的泰式大蝦炒金邊粉,基本上到每一間泰式餐廳我也會點這個!與地道炒金邊粉一樣,旁邊配上了生芽菜、辣椒粉、花生粒,隨個人喜好加添在金邊粉裏。飲品方面我們點了九層塔青檸梳打 (凍) 及

飲品方面我們點了九層塔青檸梳打 (凍) 及香茅薑茶 (熱)。九層塔青檸梳打比平常的青檸梳打更香,而香茅薑茶我選了小甜,薑味十足。
