To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有運就有機,香港人就係靠拼搏捱到今時今日,一個品牌能夠打入市埸,當然唔少得諗頭啦。經常行過上環都見到大排長龍既「諸勝堂」,將茶記最獨有既風味,配合自家工埸出產技術,將平平無奇既食材變得出神入化,難怪我都忍唔住要去打返個靚卡呀!👇📌自家製叉燒 · 鮮忌廉豬骨湯意粉 - $48▪ 4.3牛奶 · 炒日本滑蛋 -▪ 鮮 · 牛油多士 -▫ 佢地既叉燒經過悉心打造,大大塊厚切,仲要肥瘦相間,食落唔會太油膩,入口仲唔乾身,唔錯;而配上豬骨湯底,意粉浸過後,質感特別順滑,夠哂煙韌;另外用上4.3牛奶炒既滑蛋,入口相當濕潤嫩滑,而且蛋味濃郁,皆因全採用日本出產既雞蛋,難怪難怪;牛油多士岩岩做到膿邊,食落鬆脆,我幾鍾意。
