無論從前或現在,我都一向對泰國菜情有獨鍾,佢既菜式上至海南雞,下至冬蔭功。我都難以抗拒,今次就黎到銅鑼灣擁有多年歷史同分店既「金泰子泰國餐廳」試一試佢地既地道家鄉菜。雖然座位唔算多,不過牆上既裝飾令成間鋪既空間感大增!👇📌炸蝦餅皮蛋 - $88👉好特別既傳統小食之一,將蝦餅先炸到脆口,再將流心皮蛋釀入蝦餅入面,賣相好精緻。而蝦餅既鮮味配搭泰式酸甜醬非常開胃,皮蛋食落亦同蝦餅好夾,唔會太膩。📌粉絲雜菜煲 - $88👉泰式既粉絲雜菜煲同平時食開大排檔既最大分別,就係出面大多數都係烚為主。但泰式主要係用炒既,別有一番風味。當中當然唔少得唔同種類既泰式香料,又會加好多配料令成個粉絲煲層次更加突出。而主角當然炒得非常乾身入味,完全停唔到口呀!📌泰式海南雞 - $95 (半隻)👉海南雞一定要講求肉質嫩滑,呢到既水準都合乎標準,雞肉爽口,唔會太油腍。皮下脂肪相對較少,食落口感夠結實,我幾鍾意,一邊點住醬汁一邊啖啖肉,夠哂過癮。
