當我經過皇后大道中,我必定會一會佢,座擁6000呎高樓底連落地玻璃主理既「Pazzi Isshokenmei」,由日籍主廚主理,四周圍既藝術壁畫,勾劃出高貴既意式氛圍,我就知道即將空降的,是超新星角色!👇📌Signature · Omakase - $1,380/Head ▪️ Amuse · bouche -▪️ Smoked · Toro -▫️ 首先黎個「餐前·小食」打打卡先,當中包括「黑松露·枝豆」、「意大利芝士·薄脆」,話就話打卡,但係餐前小食已經好吸引,枝豆面頭truffle好突出;薄脆配搭墨西哥辣椒沙律醬,風味十足;而第一道前菜「煙三文魚·拖羅」一打開D煙散哂出黎,食落smoked香味突出,入口油鮨到位,啖啖肉相當爽彈。▪️ Lobster · Taco -▪️ Japanese · Abalone -▫️ 開始進入前菜二部曲,第一道「波士頓龍蝦·墨西哥卷餅」,面頭卷餅包住新鮮既龍蝦肉,加埋醃過既大根、柚子dreesing、三文魚籽一齊食,成個口感相當豐富,好好食;另一道「清酒慢煮·日本鮑魚」大廚用醬油、清酒慢煮,所以鮑魚食落係完全唔韌,面頭仲擺左少少Kaviari魚子醬,底部西洋菜
