To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於今晚我們好夜先食晚飯,所以我們就去咗粉嶺名都商場睇吓仲有邊間食店仲未收工?行到去見到「太興」仲未收工,所以我們就決定入去食晚飯!一開始我們諗著食燒味飯比較快兼且係「太興」嘅招牌,但店員就同我們講話:「唔好意思呀!今日所有燒味全部都賣晒喇!」,所以我們就叫咗兩個豉汁蒸䱽魚套餐,蒸嘅時間火候控制得啱啱好,所以肉質非常嫩滑,而且味道相當鮮甜,最好就係豉汁嘅味道唔會過鹹,反而係好鮮味!至於燉湯就係另外加錢配,第一碗就係$38,而第二碗就係$28,所以我們叫咗兩碗,木瓜雪耳燉唐排嘅湯料真係好足料豐富,所以湯底嘅味道相當清甜!
