To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前食過金鐘同尖沙咀Marco Polo既「夜上海」都覺得非常不錯,所以今次生日飯局專登再次光顧已搬左去K11 Musea 既「夜上海」江南脆鱔鎮江肴肉蔥油海蜇頭小籠包蔥油開洋拌麵蜜汁火方片皮鴨銀芽炒鴨絲特式崧子魚火腿津白甜品雷沙湯丸香蕉高力豆沙豆沙窩餅生磨蛋白杏仁茶味道係還可以的,但每一碟菜都少得驚人,片皮鴨真係只上了鴨皮,不過舊舊都係鴨皮都幾油膩,同埋呢個年代唔係人人都會食晒鴨皮,鴨肉就用銀芽炒,成隻鴨d肉絲有無少到咁離譜呀,條崧子魚好細條,仲要又淋又散,同我以前食既「夜上海」真係今非昔比,極度失望,繼續做遊客生意啦,港人會北上食架啦🙂
