To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 返工日,廿多三十年老朋友東哥突然叫到出嚟食晏,當然應約啦。加上因為工作關係,佢唔喺成日晌香港,就更加珍惜呢啲短聚嘅機會。餐廳就由佢揀,就番小弟返工地點,都喺晌番中環,而佢對食都有少少要求,亦唔介紹使多少少,又避免太逼人嘅地方,所以,就揀咗嚟「香港華商銀行公會」。小弟就唔喺銀行業從業員,掹佢衫尾嚟到試吓。餐廳嘅環境就如一啲中式會所酒樓咁,唔會好富麗堂煌,但又不失氣派,嚟嘅人都喺斯文客,交談都唔會太嘈炒,更顯得靜侷清幽。點心紙亦喺餐牌,底面兩頁就一眼睇晒,有點心、湯水、小食、廚師精選、粥粉麵飯,以及商務午餐,茶位就收$15,最後睇番張單,無收加一,仲有85折添,唔知喺因為會員吖,抑或依家市道唔好,打啲折嚟吸客,因為呢度嘅定價都唔平架。家常老火湯 $48店家每日都提供老火湯,是日就喺潤肺抗疫嘅西洋菜羅漢果陳腎生魚煲豬踭湯,例牌就$168,位上就$48。我哋一人一碗,每碗嘅份量就等同家常飯碗嘅兩碗,而撈一撈,確喺幾真材實料,飲落的確滋潤清甜。鮮蝦燒賣皇 $48叫得燒賣皇,就梗喺包得夠大粒啦,再加埋大大隻鮮蝦上面,感覺就好似一個價,又食蝦餃、又食燒賣,哈哈!呢度收得咁嘅價,用料有番咁上下,啲蝦好

叫得燒賣皇,就梗喺包得夠大粒啦,再加埋大大隻鮮蝦上面,感覺就好似一個價,又食蝦餃、又食燒賣,哈哈!呢度收得咁嘅價,用料有番咁上下,啲蝦好鮮爽,有濃濃蝦鮮味;而裡面嘅豬肉餡打得鬆化,有少少彈牙感。

蜜汁叉燒腸粉 $42

一睇就知啲腸粉皮拉得夠薄,透出裡面嘅叉燒餡,而腸粉皮入口確喺又薄又滑,裡面塞滿叉燒餡,叉燒鬆化得嚟又唔會太多肥肉,絕無欺場。

生磨杏汁焗雪山包 $38

雖然呢個雪山包晌點心紙定為甜點,但我哋都喺當一般點心嚟食,睇外觀,個「雪山」有啲曬燶咗少少。包面焗得香脆,但又唔易散,包身好軟熟,最正喺裡面有好多杏汁忌廉,杏味非常濃郁香甜,喜歡杏汁嘅客人應該幾鍾意。

都話老友食嘢有要求,就算喺午餐,都要食得好啲、豐富啲,就加咗一客乳鴿。咬落時熱辣辣,外皮酥香脆口,睇落覺得仲有少少細隻同瘦,不過,肉質都算嫩,而且,仲頗嗒落有絲絲蒜香!

始終食晏得一個鐘,未能暢談得好多,但來日方長,總再有機會嘅,到時又跟東哥食啲好嘢。至於今餐,點心唔錯,炒飯高質,招呼亦都好好,尤其招呼我哋呢邊嘅肥仔哥,極之好禮貌
