個雞煲味道中規中矩,唔難食但欠缺重慶雞煲應有嘅香料味。食完一半左右就加水當打邊爐,我自己加咗肥牛、丸類同芋絲,全部係預先洗乾淨先落。點知食食吓,見到有隻黑色有腳物體浮响舊芋絲上面,近睇清楚,明顯係隻大烏蠅🪰🤢🤮!即刻撈出黎😡😡🤬🤬
其實佢哋擺出面賣嘅時候已經包咗保鮮膜,所以應該係响廚房煮嘢時候已經「包含」咗隻烏蠅😤😤
煲嘢本身好深色,啲汁又杰撻撻,如果唔係我加水當打邊爐,而又咁啱有舊白色嘅芋絲俾隻黑色嘅烏蠅托底,我諗會不知不覺食咗😖😖.…..又可能唔只一隻🥴🥴!總之唔會再幫襯!!




To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
