最近在銅鑼灣新開了一家關東風壽喜燒放題店,網上評價好壞皆有,不過原來是由曾在柏屋多次奪米芝蓮餐廳榮譽的料理長長本輝彥提供秘製的壽喜燒醬汁,相信質素有保證😋今晚選了定價$498等級4的套餐,已經包括了110品和牛、海鮮、刺身、壽司和甜品任吃😍下單是用QR code,每次10樣,相隔1分鐘就可以再下單,頭輪自己先點了刺身和壽司,有三文魚刺身同帆立貝刺身,貴精不貴多🤣壽司有15品,醋飯表現不錯,魚生和米飯相得益彰和牛相當不錯,大大片雪花紋,入口即化,高質和牛;點了牛舌片,如果厚身點會更好食完壽喜燒可以加多少少水做火鍋,可點豚肉、羊肉、雞肉,出面自助bar都有不同配菜,refill都幾快👍🏻自家製梳乎厘班戟要lv5先有,如果單點就要$28份
