受邀請到呢間諾士佛臺餐廳試食,意大利西餐廳格局,佔地頗大,但都有點情調;餐前麵包 (4人既份量,樣樣都有d,麵包都幾鬆軟但唔夠香,麵包條就幾香脆);塗麵包有自家製牛油同豆醬,牛油香滑唔錯,豆醬問過係有加d parma ham 溝埋但又唔多覺,有少少豆香咁,比較淡;仲有醋同欖油都係正常味道;汽酒酒精度不高,易入口,氣泡都好豐富,正合我意帶子他他 (帶子他他球由帶子碎粒構成,食落都幾鮮味,伴碟醬汁有兩種,一隻係香草醬,味道幾出;反而另一隻龍蝦醬味道不太突出);薯仔松露湯伴鵪鶉蛋及鴨腿醬多士 (薯仔湯幾香,幾濃稠但唔會太杰,味道濃左少少;鵪鶉蛋係煮到半熟,成隻食入口會爆漿,蛋香四溢;鴨腿醬多士既肉醬味道岩岩好唔會太鹹,多士索埋d湯一齊食都幾好食);焗自製意大利煙肉闊條麵配牛油忌廉汁 (自製意大利闊條麵係招牌菜色,扁身麵條略帶煙韌,牛油忌廉汁同芝士同焗好香,煙肉帶來鹹香不過有點過鹹;麵條焗到幾乾身,有點焦脆,呢方面可以話好,但另一方面有部分麵條好似乾硬左少少;整體上都唔錯);羊柳釀鴨肝脆皮杏仁碎配黑松露汁 (羊柳無問要幾成熟,煮出黎應該有六,七成熟,可能中間釀有鴨肝,所以只預定左一種生熟度;食

傳統意式半蛋白雪糕 (呢個雪糕唔會太甜,好香滑,唔知係咪半蛋白雪糕既關係,雪糕食落感覺到密度無平時食開既咁高;底部既朱古力脆片仲幾脆身,好似食緊朱古力雪糕批咁;伴碟既水果就比較酸)
