中式點心,從來都是我的童年回憶,多年來變化真多,不說近來大熱的灌湯餃,就連鵪鶉蛋都有流心版出現,說真的,舊有舊的風味,新有新的進步。早前到訪了灣仔會議展覽中心的中座,因為近月推出了任食點心,但只在周末及假期供應,當然有部分是限量供應,但計落都有30款點心,一款一件恐怕連我也招架不住。成人每位HK$358*,小童每位HK$268*(兩位起)每位客人可享前菜併盤,廚師精選及灌湯餃一份。葡汁釀蟹蓋Baked Stuffed Crab Shell with Portuguese Sauce真係好足料,外層烤得好香口,而葡汁亦覺濃郁惹味,蟹肉下得重手,其實坊間食一隻蟹蓋閒閒地都要$150以上,計落幾個限定點心已經足以回本一半。竹笙海鮮灌湯餃Seafood and Bamboo Pith Dumpling in Supreme Soup雖然並非傳統懷舊式,但仍有可取的地方,畢竟懂這種手藝的人越來越少,就當是新式點心看待,心情都會好一點。湯頭無疑夠鮮甜,餡料亦豐富,加入了竹笙,食落更清爽。鹽焗鮑魚好入味,而且不會死實,煙齦的口感,不錯。另外幾款限定的有黑松露腐皮卷、芹香琥珀雞頭米以及蔥油海蜇。Che

真係好足料,外層烤得好香口,而葡汁亦覺濃郁惹味,蟹肉下得重手,其實坊間食一隻蟹蓋閒閒地都要$150以上,計落幾個限定點心已經足以回本一半。

雖然並非傳統懷舊式,但仍有可取的地方,畢竟懂這種手藝的人越來越少,就當是新式點心看待,心情都會好一點。

湯頭無疑夠鮮甜,餡料亦豐富,加入了竹笙,食落更清爽。
