今日去開勝利道梗係要試下好耐無食既Peko Peko喇,餐廳一直都用我好鍾意既木系風格,加埋柔和音樂,坐埋一齊食野吹水真係特別relax㗎🥳今次我就嗌左火炙慢煮三文魚,三文魚用慢煮黎整,令到三文魚熟得嚟完全唔會失去左佢本身既魚油,加上佢再用火炙既方法令到香味更加提高。每一啖食落去,三文魚既香味即刻爆發哂出黎,真係三文魚控必叫既一道菜😝香煎西班牙豬鞍,豬鞍係其中一個我最鍾意食既部位,因為佢肉質唔會太粗糙之餘,味道亦都比較出,豬鞍好大塊同厚身,淨係個擺盤一上枱都流哂口水呀,煎完之後,香味更加濃郁,超級推薦呀😋我就額外再加左香滑松露薯蓉,整得勁香滑既薯蓉,每一口都好creamy 加埋香濃嘅松露味真係冇得輸🥦🥦

香煎西班牙豬鞍,豬鞍係其中一個我最鍾意食既部位,因為佢肉質唔會太粗糙之餘,味道亦都比較出,豬鞍好大塊同厚身,淨係個擺盤一上枱都流哂口水呀,煎完之後,香味更加濃郁,超級推薦呀😋
