藍田終於開咗新嘢食啦,元朗自設嘅大工場,原來藍田都有自設既燒味工場,媽咪話見到都覺得又新鮮又衛生❤️❤️職員又細心💕💕媽咪好鍾意食燒鵝,呢度嘅燒鵝除左「例牌」,還有「上庄」、「下庄」,識食梗係選下庄,就是下半部(腿的部分)😙媽咪心心眼喔🥳🥳燒鵝上台熱辣辣嘅,可能係新鮮燒起😜下庄部位好香,皮脆肉嫩,重點鵝皮香脆,鵝肉彈牙,鵝油齒頰留香,一講到燒鵝就流曬口水💕鴛鴦米即米粉與粉絲,燒鴨撕成絲製作的,本身無味的米粉吸收燒鴨和雪菜的味道,米粉吸收了湯頭的精華,不能太濕和太乾,令人回味無窮💕我同媽咪每次都必點炆米,哩度特別喜歡炆米軟硬適中,調味岩岩好❤️雞肉不鞋❤️雞肉仍是嫩嫩的,分量仲要勁多,配埋特製嘅蔥油醬汁,真係勁好食囉🤩🤩最後加多碟油菜就啱啱好😃
