To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年少時,成日睇蕾、食日式放題。出嚟社會後,越嚟越少,逐漸將呢兩件事淡忘。最近先知蕾已經引退咗成年,19歲做到35歲。重溫舊時女神、workday又食咗次午市《極尚大喜屋》放題,嗰種美好同埋滿足返晒嚟。🤩少見多怪,估唔到午市嘅《極尚大喜屋》放題咁多人食。坐低落咗第一轉order之後,去自助區行一轉,即刻明白點解咁多人幫襯——花多眼亂,總有啱你食嘅嘢呀❗️淨係飲品都眼花撩亂。基本嘅樽裝茶、紙包飲品、各式罐裝汽水梗係走唔甩。意想不到嘅係,連啤酒都咁多款揀,而且唔係啲cheap cheap🦁威、藍🧊,藍係藍,但係藍妹,仲有嘉士伯同Asahi。啤酒唔啱飲?清酒、燒酒、梅酒又啱唔啱?鍾意養生啲咪飲熱羅漢果茶、熱菊花蜜同埋各款中式養生湯囉。日式放題來講,犀利嘅地方係有唔少中式熱葷,連酸菜魚同埋炆豬手都有。我就冇試啦,但係同行同事鍾意食豬手,可以話係豬手界嘅品嚐家,尤其鍾意鹹豬手,連佢都舉起隻手指公讚炆得軟稔又入味。主角刺身拼盤上枱,個擺盤一睇就覺得開胃,尤其係「三文魚刺身」以及「油甘魚刺身」,相當厚切,口感好full,食得好滿足。我最欣賞係佢嘅「帶子刺身」,雖然唔似三文魚同油甘魚咁厚切,但係味道相當清

日式放題來講,犀利嘅地方係有唔少中式熱葷,連酸菜魚同埋炆豬手都有。我就冇試啦,但係同行同事鍾意食豬手,可以話係豬手界嘅品嚐家,尤其鍾意鹹豬手,連佢都舉起隻手指公讚炆得軟稔又入味。


主角刺身拼盤上枱,個擺盤一睇就覺得開胃,尤其係「三文魚刺身」以及「油甘魚刺身」,相當厚切,口感好full,食得好滿足。我最欣賞係佢嘅「帶子刺身」,雖然唔似三文魚同油甘魚咁厚切,但係味道相當清新鮮甜,就好似19歲初出道嘅蕾咁清澀甜美,一試難忘,所以前後都encore咗三次。


放題,唔知大家同唔同意,「芝麻炸雞翼」可以話係必食菜品,但好驚有啲放題店嘅炸雞翼預先炸起,上菜時已經凍咗,有啲又會炸得好鹹。不過,《極尚大喜屋》嘅炸雞翼冇以上問題,芝麻味仲相當香濃。


熟食嚟講,《極尚大喜屋》菜式,應該有嘅佢都有:各類串燒、炸物、壽司🍣、卷物等等。其他放題店冇嘅佢都有,令人驚喜,例如:鮑魚、紅燒乳鴿、炸蒜粉絲蒸帶子、燒鰻魚等等。


其中有一款,我哋一台四人一致話要翻啅嘅就係「窩蛋肥牛雜菜粉絲煲」。個醬油味香濃而不膩,無論你食肥牛、雜菜定係粉絲,全部都好索味同開胃。


尾段令我覺得一流嘅仲有「烤菠蘿」、「炸貓山王波波」。「烤菠蘿」唔酸已經好難得,但佢甜入心之餘,仲要勁多汁,啡we good。至於「炸貓山王波波」,外皮酥脆、內裡綿軟,而且榴槤味非常香甜濃郁,簡直就係食緊榴槤蓉咁,冇得彈。👍🏾


其實,呢兩樣嘢都令我好後悔🥲。「點解食飽晒last order先嚟試,想再三翻啅都已經嚟唔切!」😭如果個天俾個機會我食多一次,仲要為食「烤菠蘿」同「炸貓山王波波」 加1個時限,我希望食佢哋食足個半鐘。🤭


吖!其實唔使個天比俾機會,等到月頭個銀包俾機會我就得。😎
