To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自問未能食素,但好友推介,今日就到新開業的緻素坊飲茶,一行三人叫到成枱都是素點心,款款超好食,估唔到無肉不歡的我,都超讚,據朋友話這裡所有點心都是手工製,外皮更厚薄適中,而且絕不黐牙,每日現場新鮮製作,所以入口嘗到那份新鮮的口感。飲茶唔少得蝦餃、燒賣及叉燒包,這裡做到原汁原味,幾可亂真,重點是一點都唔油膩,好好味。筍尖蝦餃皇 $42蝦餃皇皮薄餡靚,內裡是彈牙的素蝦,還用了筍子,和真蝦餃皇的做法一樣,只是內裡全是素材料,賣相和味覺都和真蝦餃一樣,必試呀!香菇燒賣 $42入面好似吃到豬肉的口感,其實是新豬肉及煮好耐的菇,咬落去味道口感和真燒賣無異,值得一試。黑松露野菌餃 $46個人至愛之一,入口那黑松露香全數湧入口內,食一啖即愛上,點算好呀!一籠四粒要留肚,只能食住兩粒,所以話下次一定會再來就咁解。手撕杏鮑菇 $62我愛吃香口食物,簡直好食到令人無法自拔,全部人手撕,入口脆口到不得了,若不是要留肚食其他點心,一定會encore。靈芝菇素腸 $40晶凝通透的腸粉,內裡全是雜菇餡料,脹卜卜的好足料,配埋自家製豉油,都是果句超好味呀!雪山叉燒包 $42每日12點前新鮮出爐,每日限量,入口與平時高
