喺尖東原本想食炸雞,但太多人排隊啦,於是就去咗食喜來稀肉子了~~~畢竟都好耐冇食過燒肉啦。雖然係晚市時間,但都唔洗等位,正!我哋一坐低就叫咗個豬嘅部位同牛嘅部位(個名好難記,大家請看圖吧),然後就附送好多唔同嘅小菜,例如泡菜呀、醃菜呀等等,其中我最鍾意豆芽湯,就咁淡淡嘅豆芽味好簡單。首先要食咗個蛋先,一個係原味蛋,一個係落咗韓式辣醬嘅蛋,我就鍾意有辣醬嘅多d。然後我哋就用塊豬油抺咗下個鐵板,之後就放肉落去燒啦,注意注意,蒜頭喺隔離煎熱咗係好好味咖,而且相傳食燒肉配蒜頭會冇咁唔健康。而好creepy嘅事就係,兩碟肉係一齊嚟嘅,但我哋竟然食唔出邊碟係牛邊碟係豬….好似兩個都有牛味,有少少懷疑佢哋上錯咗比我哋。
