餐廳位於尖沙咀金巴利道,門口擺放住呢個招牌「海鮮大咖」嘅模型,途人經過都會不自覺停低望一望。餐廳生意唔錯,也許係其推廣「$1雞煲/花膠雞鍋/椰子雞鍋」實在太抵,六位或以下人均消費$150即可以$1揀選一款(六位以上選兩款)。招牌麻辣雞煲-半隻($1):質素及份量與原價一樣,絕無將貨就價。雞煲醬汁濃郁,辛香之餘,帶微甜,幾香口惹味,雞件嫩滑,亦夠入味,比一般餐廳做得更好。風味燒牛脷($52/2串):串燒可自選辣度,牛脷都幾厚切,香辣惹味,質感爽口彈牙。燒炸豆腐($38):豆腐先炸後燒,醃料香濃,賣相雖然一般,質感有啲似油浸豆腐,但非常Juicy嫩滑。老乾媽燒大蓮鮑魚($38):蒜香豐富,微辣,鮑魚爽嫩。烤煮魽魚($298 - 香辣,小辣):烤魚有桂花魚($398)及魽魚($298)供選擇,口味可選麻辣/香辣/泡椒。除左烤魚,配料有蓮藕片、白蘿蔔、娃娃菜及芽菜等等,而烤魽魚肥美厚肉,整體份量都幾多。魽魚先炸後煮,外皮香脆惹味,魚肉較為結實,都幾好食。
