今日過黎太子買野,行過界限街既分叉位,見到間新開既西餐廳,叫做project B🤪那麼Project A 和C呢?見新開好想入去試下呀😍晚餐既前菜點了豬寸骨,其實係豬後腿上既一根細小骨頭,醃好豬寸骨後,甜甜的燒烤味,放入焗爐慢烤,非常好吃,脾肉也很嫩,表面黏著微甜的醬汁😍嗌左嗰豬鞍,估唔到係厚煎豬鞍扒,勁大份,好有驚喜😋配蜜糖芥末醬呢好好食,中和左豬鞍扒的肥膩感,而且質感非常之嫩滑,食落豬鞍多汁嫩滑,看一下碟上的是肉汁😍一切開即流出呢🥰最好配蔬菜來吃啊❤️哩度既係羽衣甘藍呢😍法式燒焗乳豬件配黑松露多士,一份有八件,乳豬皮食落脆得咔嚓碎開,廚師好細心切件上枱,好讓我吃得有點儀態,食落乳豬件仍然嫩滑有肉汁,皮脆肉嫩😍再配埋烘得相當脆口的黑松露多士,一口一啖,滿足呢👍👍
