To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日下午無事可忙,索性獨自到尖沙咀恆星樓的稻香酒家,來一場「一盅兩件」的自我療癒。下午2:15推門而入,或許是週末的慵懶時段,酒樓人跡稀疏,反而成全了我這孤獨食客的任性——能慢條斯理挑選心儀的座位,而侍應也不惱我反覆挪移,只笑笑遞上茶單。 點了一份$32的下午茶套餐,要了炸兩和煎韭菜餃。炸兩的腸粉皮略厚,但內裏油條尚脆;韭菜餃煎得金黃微焦,餡料飽滿,雖談不上驚豔,但以這價位已是合格有餘。當然,別指望這裡是半島酒店嘉麟樓的點心質素——但當熱茶氤氳、陽光斜照進廳堂時、看看玻璃大門外人來人往的街景,帶出有種「偷得浮生半日閒」的愜意。 **後記**:若說高級酒店的下午茶是華麗交響樂,稻香的這頓更像是街頭小調,平易近人。在愜意的氛圍下,決定點了一瓶冰凍的啤酒,賺到的不只是滿足,還有一份獨處的自由,悠然自得,一個人都能盡興,幫我充足電,為星期一的工作好好準備。
