接着的小長井真蠔,下面是蘋果木煙燻拖羅!真蠔小巧飽滿,爽脆中帶creamy。柚子麵豉醬剛好中和了拖羅的肥美,識落淡淡蘋果木香,這個配搭很是令人驚喜!!

這一個天使炸彈是我們預先pre-order的,望住師傅將拖羅一層層的鋪上去,小小的飯上,先放上拖羅蓉,再放上中拖羅,疊上雲丹海膽,火炙大拖羅鋪在最上層!這就完全是件藝術品,精美得令人不忍心一口吃掉!放進口溶掉之前,要瘋狂拍下那一刻精美!

雖然師傅笑說,真的有人把它一口吞下,但是我們都覺得這太可惜了,要一層一層剝開,才感受到這無與倫比的鮮美!這個天使炸彈,完全安撫了我們味覺的疲倦,也難怪是鎮店之作!

喝罷一口温熱的大蜆清湯,再吃掉一碗鋪上了金箔的綠茶豆腐花,把煙花杯中最後的一口sake飲盡,縱使工作有多辛勞,但有美食、有美酒、有朋友、有笑聲,日子還是很美好的!
