朋友於灣仔返工,告知藍屋附近開了間新的西餐廳,所以放工決定去試下,順便小酌一杯,交換大家近況。我們晚上約8點到,人不多,餐廳唔大,但設有上層座位,裝修走fushion路線,牆上掛畫,擺設都不失玩味。bar枱連住門口,好close,所以挑了近門口的座位坐,貪佢可以望到BAR枱同埋廚房製作過程。 剛坐低,侍應便笑容滿面的過來招呼我地,因為我地唔好酒,所以佢推介左lemongrass soda俾我,朋友就點左strawberries coconut mojito。飲品雖然足料,但味道偏淡,唔算濃,如果濃味啲會更突出。 先來了碟腐皮炸蝦卷,外皮炸得香脆,原隻大蝦被腐皮包著,點黑醋汁中和了煎炸的味道,多了份開胃感。 再來了份牛尾春卷,不得不讚這春卷炸得超脆,豬油網薄薄的把牛尾包裹,每咬一口都發出清脆的響聲,邪惡非常!雖經高温油炸,但牛尾咬落去不覺乾,還有肉汁,配上其自家制辣椒沙律醬,真的是一流。也可以話呢個辣椒沙律精妙之處係令春卷的味道大大提升。 因為想食啲菜平衡一下,所以點了份烤茄子。茄子多汁,上面鋪了一層厚厚的墨西哥小米和葱花,小米預先經調味,吃得出帶點香辣。

主菜只點了一個香煎amadai,鯛魚本身的鱗片和魚一併煎香,鱗片好脆,感覺好似食緊薯片。茄汁配上磨菇煮成的米形粉,湯汁好濃稠,打成泡沫,再鋪上鮮紅的花瓣,造形好靚。味道更令人驚喜,魚好滑嫩,魚味亦濃,我好鍾意佢個湯汁,感覺似飲緊龍蝦湯。成個配搭係味道及造型上面都令人驚喜。

最後點了Aroma sundae,芝麻味和豆腐味雪糕味道也濃,配上鮮橙,好開胃,消除了剛才的煎炸感。

餐廳細細,但格局四正及有情調。每道菜賣相亦具心思,插上了淡紫色的紫蘇花,賞心悅目。開放式廚房設計,可以近距離望到廚師們忙碌的身影聚精會神地炮製美食,更是一種視覺上的享受。食物的香味飄送,彌漫於空氣中,小巧精緻的份量配上親民實惠的價錢,三五知己或情侶黎食晚飯或飲下野合適不過。
